Trailblazers Day Camp immerses older student into specialized skills, connecting them with their relationship with nature, themselves, and village culture. Each Trailblazers Camp focuses on finer details and larger projects in specific activities and begins to introduce communication and leadership.

About the Event
Blacksmithing is the art and science of shaping steel with an anvil and hammer. Learn how blacksmiths both modern and ancient use their tools to create beautiful and functional steel objects. Students will learn tapering, stretching, twisting, and scrolling. as well as forge safety and hammering technique to make hooks, hangers, jewelry and all sorts of other fun stuff to put up proudly in your home. We supply all the equipment, you just supply the enthusiasm, a water botle, lunch, and maybe a snack. So sign up today! Sign In/Drop Off occurs each day between 8:30 and 9:00 AM. Sign Out/Pick Up occurs each day from 3:30 to 4:00pm. Late Sign Out/Pick Ups will be charged an adittional $30 per day. After camp care is not provided.
