Getting prepared for your exciting BOWS​ outdoor adventure class? Here's what you need to bring.

  • Food for dinner Friday, breakfast & lunch Saturday, breakfast & lunch Sunday (please try to avoid bringing food that needs a cooler or refrigeration) Saturday dinner is provided.

  • Small tent with rainfly 

  • Sleeping bag

  • Sleeping pad

  • Pillow

  • A warm hat

  • A warm Jacket (and a rain shell if needed)

  • 2 Shirts 

  • Toiletries

  • Mess kit (Plate/Bowl, utensils)

  • 32 oz water bottle 

  • Warm under layer/long underwear

  • 2-3 pairs of underwear

  • 3 pairs of warm socks

  • 2 pairs of long Pants (rain pants may be useful as well)

  • Closed toed, closed heel shoes (waterproof hiking boots are best)

  • A notebook or journal and a pencil

  • A fixed blade belt knife (For sale in person)

  • Headlamp/Flashlight

  • Camp Chair

  • Towel

  • Any medications you may need (BOWS provides basic first aid and trauma supplies)
